1. What are standard shipping timeframes and do you ship international?

Shipping on all items is within 5-15 days of receiving payment:
Most items are made to order- meaning I do not make stock of items and they are truly made for you once you order them. cheers to that right! made for YOU by me..

Standard Shipping to U.S. Addresses:
Orders are shipped via USPS 1st class mail and per USPS guidelines, domestic delivery times range between 5-14 days, but in most cases 4-10 business days to the contiguous 48 states.

Standard Shipping to International Addresses:
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International mail and per USPS guidelines, delivery times range between 20-30 business days.

Expedited shipping and insurance:
Priority Mail is an option listed for you in the checkout process, available for an additional cost.

2. Can I return an item?

Please do reach out- let me know if your not happy with an item from my studio..I would be happy to work with you to make it right.. with that being said please know that I am a one woman show, trying my dangdest to create beautiful timeless pieces and hope that you will wear them well.

3. Craftsmanship Guarantee

 All Range of Light Studio items are guaranteed for 6 (six) months from date of purchase.  Due to the wear and tear of jewelry and the nature of silver items that are well cared for.. not worn in harsh conditions, or elements can last a lifetime.  But, if you're like me, you wear your jewelry day and night during all activities and conditions.  With that being said your item may breakdown.  Thanks for understanding!!
