Australian Print Stone Bolo Tie
Bolos.. for the dude, chicks and kids. Modern meets western.. Bolos are back.. maybe they never left but these sure are cool. Stunning Australian Print Stone is the focal point of this Bolo Tie. Set in sterling silver with a rich brown leather tie and finished with silver tips. These are completely hand made in my Montana studio one step at a time. Measures approximately 18” long(36” total) and fully adjustable.
Australian Print Stone is found in the Hamersley Ranges in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Studies suggest the unusual markings may have Stromatolitic fossil origins or they are Liesegang rings. Where banded patterns are created by precipitation, movement of fluid and crystallization over millions of years.
